I stood in an alleyway in Bangkok one night watching people cruise by on scooters, all of whom were terrifyingly close to crashing or falling off. Families of four, groups of kids, a badminton player; each one of the images made me want to know their story. Who were these people? Why were they riding their scooters so irresponsibly? These are the deep questions brought up and most definitely not answered within the pages of this book. I stayed there for about two hours shooting everyone as they rode past. These are some of my favorites.
