This was a start-to-finish exercise in creating a passion project and executing it. I love cycling. I’ve been a road cyclist nearly my entire life so it felt pretty great to put together a project centered around a subject I really love a whole lot.
I shot this with the help of my good friend Ryan Speers. This is the first of a three part shoot, inclusive of more urban-focused apparel/lifestyle elements that you see here. The next two will include days on the bike and in the studio.
Our fantastic model, Lauren, agreed to hang out with us for a day in downtown Los Angeles as we ran around a few locations.
